{"id":3067,"date":"2020-07-01T13:20:06","date_gmt":"2020-07-01T13:20:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/migrec.fpn.bg.ac.rs\/?p=3067"},"modified":"2023-08-29T19:31:23","modified_gmt":"2023-08-29T19:31:23","slug":"policy-brief-on-youth-migration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/migrec.fpn.bg.ac.rs\/sr\/policy-brief-on-youth-migration\/","title":{"rendered":"Migracija mladih - policy brief"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fondacija Fridrih Ebert objavila je analiti\u010dki izve\u0161taj Danice \u0160anti\u0107 \u201eLeaving Serbia \u2013 Aspirations, Intentions and Drivers of Youth Migration\u201c \/Odlazak iz Srbije \u2013 aspiracije, namere i pokreta\u010di migracije mladih\/.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Istra\u017eivanje sprovedeno u \u010detiri op\u0161tine u Srbiji pokazuje da na pitanje o podr\u0161ci migracijama (i unutra\u0161njim i spolja\u0161njim) preovladava stav u korist podr\u0161ke ili potpune podr\u0161ke mobilnosti, tj. 41,4% ukupno, ili 44,7% me\u0111u urbanim i 33,7% me\u0111u ruralnim stanovni\u0161tvom. Ve\u0107a \u017eelja za mobilno\u0161\u0107u prisutna je kod mla\u0111ih generacija, naro\u010dito u starosnoj grupi od 20-24 godine - vi\u0161e od 50%. Generalno, \u017eene su sklonije mobilnosti nego mu\u0161karci.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Percepcija o tome ko odlazi prili\u010dno je jasna me\u0111u lokalnim stanovni\u0161tvom. Najvi\u0161i udeo ispitanika naveo je da se iz njihovih op\u0161tina iseljavaju mladi.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">84,5% ispitanika smatra da je intenzitet mobilnosti danas mnogo ve\u0107i nego pre 10 godina.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">\u0160to se ti\u010de pitanja da li se migracije mladih posmatraju kao pretnja ili kao mogu\u0107nost za razvoj, najve\u0107i udeo neodre\u0111enih odgovora (19,6%) i onih koji se odnose i na mogu\u0107nost i na pretnju (16,7%), vodi do zaklju\u010dka da stanovni\u0161tvo Srbije nije dovoljno svesno va\u017enosti ekonomskog i dru\u0161tvenog kapitala dijaspore, \u010dime propu\u0161ta da vidi mogu\u0107nost i koristi od povratnika i cirkularne migracije. U tom smislu, evidentna je prvenstveno pesimisti\u010dna percepcija migracija kao pretnje i ograni\u010davaju\u0107eg faktora. Tako, 56,1% ispitanika vidi fenomen migracija kao pretnju, a svega 6,6% vidi pozitivnu vezu izme\u0111u migracija i razvoja lokalnih zajednica. Me\u0111utim, najve\u0107i udeo svih ispitanika koji nagla\u0161avaju pozitivnu korelaciju nalazi se me\u0111u mladim generacijama starosti od 20-24 godine (14,8%). Tako\u0111e, ovo je jedina starosna grupa sa manje od 50% (45,7%) odgovora koji se odnose na negativnu vezu izme\u0111u migracije i razvoja.<\/p>\n<p>Izve\u0161taj sadr\u017ei detaljne uvide u
