Glavni rezultat ovog projekta bic\u0301e stvaranje istra\u017eiva\u010dkog centra za migracije u Beogradu.<\/p>\n<p>Poseta je odr\u017eana u Tirani od 4. do 7. aprila 2022. godine, koju je vodio Stefan Surlic\u0301, docent na FPN, Panagiotis Paschalidis, vanredni predava\u010d na Univerzitetu Zapadne Makedonije i istra\u017eiva\u010d ELIAMEP-a, Aleksandros Kutras, menad\u017eer projekta u Jugoisto\u010dnoj Evropi Program ELIAMEP-a. Ovi sastanci u cilju umre\u017eavanja uklju\u010divali su upravljanje (dr\u017eavno i me\u0111unarodno), civilno dru\u0161tvo i akademsku zajednicu, dok je njihova glavna svrha bila da olak\u0161aju razmenu znanja na regionalnom nivou i da promovi\u0161u projekat MIGREC istra\u017eujuc\u0301i moguc\u0301nosti za buduc\u0301u saradnju.<\/p>\n<p>MIGREC tim je odr\u017eao ukupno pet sastanaka sa sledec\u0301im osobama:<\/p>\n<p>dr Kosta Barjaba, akademik; \u010clan Akademije nauka Albanije; \u0160ef kabineta predsednika parlamenta Albanije<\/p>\n<p>dr Joniada Barjaba, direktor, Ministarstvo finansija i privrede Albanije<\/p>\n<p>dr Ilir Gede\u0161i, akademik; Direktor Centra za ekonomske i dru\u0161tvene studije (CESS)<\/p>\n<p>Sara Zekaj, saradnik na projektu, Palladium<\/p>\n<p>G. Genci Pjetri, programski koordinator i programer, IOM Albanija<\/p>\n<p>Diskusije su bile fokusirane na regionalni razvoj migracija u Albaniji i na Zapadnom Balkanu, kao \u0161to su unutra\u0161nje i spolja\u0161nje migracije (unutra\u0161nje i sezonske), odliv mozgova, anga\u017eovanje dijaspore i tra\u017eilaca azila. Razgovarano je i o migracionim strategijama koje su implementirane (ili planirane) na dr\u017eavnom nivou, kao i o ulozi civilnog dru\u0161tva i me\u0111unarodnih organizacija u re\u0161avanju pitanja migracija kako u Albaniji tako i na Zapadnom Balkanu uop\u0161te.
