Danijela Pavlović is a PhD student at the Department of Social Policy and Social Work at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Belgrade where she works as a junior researcher. She earned her Master degree in Social Policy in 2018, defending her thesis on “The role of the public sector in combating trafficking of human beings in the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Croatia from 2000 to 2017”. Her research interests lie in comparative and international social policy as well as in the fields of human trafficking and migration. She is the President of the Anti-Trafficking Commission at the Red Cross of Serbia. As a part of her doctoral dissertation, she addresses social and labor rights of migrants in the Republic of Serbia.
